My garage door won’t open, what could be wrong?

Most likely your spring has broke, look above the opening of your garage to see if your spring(s) have snapped. If so do NOT try to operate the door, not only can it be dangerous but it could cause more damage. Instead give us a call.

My garage door wont close, what could be wrong?

Most of the time the eye beams need to be realigned. Check to see if you bumped one of them before calling us. When you try to close the garage and the lights on your opener flash, this means there is an issue with your eye beams. If so, look at both the left and right sides of your garage door near the bottom of the floor, check to see if the lights on each eye beam are on. If not then they might just need to be realigned. If you are still having problems give us a call.

    My remotes don’t work. Why?

First you may want to check that you haven’t locked your remotes. This can be done by going to the wall button located inside of your garage. Check to see if the light is blinking on the button. If it is locked then you will need to push and hold the LOCK button to deactivate this mode. If that does not work then you may need to replace your battery in the remote. If you are still having problems, give us a call and we will help you!

If I have an emergency during off hours can you come out still?

Yes, we offer 24/7 Emergency Service. We will come out at any time to resolve your problem and get your door opened/closed for you. Emergency Service rates will be applied.

What does a free estimate entail?

When we come out to give a free estimate, we will take down measurements of your door(s). We can then give you a quote for the price of the door(s) and an estimate on how long until you can have them installed.
