About Us: The Door Doctor Story

The Door Doctor of South Florida starts and ends with family. After all, co-founders Sam Randazzo (pictured) and brother-in-law Mike Chichelli built their company on the same family values they grew up on: integrity, passion, and a job well done. Sam and Mike applied these values in focusing on providing South Florida homeowners with reliable solutions and treating them like family every step of the way.

Today, owner Cindy Randazzo and son Gary stay true to their father’s/ grandfather’s and uncle’s values of expert home services with a personal touch as they continue for a new, third generation of South Florida home and business owners. With their family’s continued growth, Cindy and Gary have transformed what began only as South Florida’s garage door company to today’s premier South Florida homeowner’s one-stop shop for Entry Doors, Windows and, of course, Garage Doors!

I called for a service call and the lady on the other line tried to help with the problem and save me the service call. Since it didn’t work she made an appointment for the next day with instructions to call the next day for a window of time for the service. The next day the technician came within the window of time was very knowledgeable and presented fairly and politely our options. We decided to replace our motor. After the technician left, I had another problem. I called Perry and he walked me through readjusting the sensors while we were on the phone, with texting photos and instructions.
