A spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door and they came out within 24 hrs to fix it. Their scheduler was communicative and the serviceman was timely, polite, and clean. They didn't try to upcharge or sell me anything extra. A+++ experience.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Cindy had a technician in my place in 30 minutes. The technician, Andy, was able to identify the issues with the garage door immediately upon his arrival. He completed two repairs in less than 30 minutes. and he made sure to explain to me what were the issues, and how to avoid them in the future. Super professional and kind. Saved me a lot after receiving outrageous quotes from other companies. Highly recommended, don’t waste your time calling anyone else.

Absolutely impressed by The Door Doctor, Anthony O’Brien, very professional and friendly. Anthony arrived as promised, fully prepared to do the job. I asked a lot of questions about how to maintain the front door, he answered all my questions and was very patient. I truly appreciate the job well done and my front door is like brand new.

Anthony arrived promptly and diagnosed our garage door opener problem right away. He recommended options to replace it and told us the benefits of each. Quickly installed, it works great and he even cleaned up after himself. We will definitely scheme again if needed. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the honest competent technicians who showed up and fixed the problem, quickly and efficiently.
They arrived, assessed the situation which had been made worse by a prior visit from a competitor’s “technician”who left the door inoperable and took the torsion springs with him.
I would highly recommend The Door Doctor to anyone needing honest and competent garage door service.

The Door Doctor has provided service to our garage door and opener for many years. They have always been outstanding in competence, service, professionalism and courtesy. Their pricing is as good as it gets. I would not consider any other company. In this last visit, Kenny removed and replaced our old Liftmaster motor and all related door components. He was very organized, efficient and super courteous. He even reprogrammed our two vehicles to the new opener. A great gentleman.
