A spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door and they came out within 24 hrs to fix it. Their scheduler was communicative and the serviceman was timely, polite, and clean. They didn't try to upcharge or sell me anything extra. A+++ experience.

I found this company through a GOOGLE search. I chose them based the the reviews and the amount of stars. I called early this morning and the service technician was at my home by the early afternoon. Great guy, Kenny. Issue was fixed in less than an hour with some further adjustments I requested being done. The price for the service call was really reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer should the occasion arise.

Gary in sales was friendly and upfront and expedited the process and provided information for financing.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Cindy had a technician in my place in 30 minutes. The technician, Andy, was able to identify the issues with the garage door immediately upon his arrival. He completed two repairs in less than 30 minutes. and he made sure to explain to me what were the issues, and how to avoid them in the future. Super professional and kind. Saved me a lot after receiving outrageous quotes from other companies. Highly recommended, don’t waste your time calling anyone else.

Absolutely impressed by The Door Doctor, Anthony O’Brien, very professional and friendly. Anthony arrived as promised, fully prepared to do the job. I asked a lot of questions about how to maintain the front door, he answered all my questions and was very patient. I truly appreciate the job well done and my front door is like brand new.

Anthony arrived promptly and diagnosed our garage door opener problem right away. He recommended options to replace it and told us the benefits of each. Quickly installed, it works great and he even cleaned up after himself. We will definitely scheme again if needed. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the honest competent technicians who showed up and fixed the problem, quickly and efficiently.
They arrived, assessed the situation which had been made worse by a prior visit from a competitor’s “technician”who left the door inoperable and took the torsion springs with him.
I would highly recommend The Door Doctor to anyone needing honest and competent garage door service.

The Door Doctor has provided service to our garage door and opener for many years. They have always been outstanding in competence, service, professionalism and courtesy. Their pricing is as good as it gets. I would not consider any other company. In this last visit, Kenny removed and replaced our old Liftmaster motor and all related door components. He was very organized, efficient and super courteous. He even reprogrammed our two vehicles to the new opener. A great gentleman.

Needed torsion springs replacement for my garage door. The Door Doctor gave a reasonable flat fee to replace both springs. Perry set a same day appointment, and most important the technician Cristian arrived on time a provided an outstanding work. Took care of problem and made excellent recommendations to keep my garage door in good condition. We will continue to use their services. Highly recommended.

Process went smoothly. The front office gave me a quote on their basic lift master model and we setup a time for the install. The installer came at the scheduled time and I received a call letting me know he was on his way. The installer installed the door well and the finished product looks good. The door works as it should. I liked the quality of the liftmaster compared to my old opener which was most likely installed by the homeowner.
