Due to the nature of our business, selected online booking times are estimates only. Please allow for a 3-hour window for your selected time (1-hour before selected time, the hour of selected time & 1-hour after selected time). Therefore, a 10:00 AM selected time slot we ask the customer to be present between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
